SHIPPING POLICY
Carrier: We typically ship via FedEx but may also use the United States Postal Service or another nationally known carrier from time to time.
Timing of Shipments: All of our prints and canvases (framed and unframed) are made to order. Our goal is to process all orders within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may, from time to time, offer free shipping with a special code or for purchases over a certain dollar amount but we are not obligated to do so.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. If or when we do offer international shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and the charges are your responsibility as a customer.
Status of Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@firstfreedomart.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Title: When you purchase from us, you are purchasing products subject to a destination contract. Therefore, the risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
