THE FIRST FREEDOM ART PROMISE
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at contact@firstfreedomart.com. Include in your email pictures of the damage and pictures of the packaging in which the item arrived. If we approve your request for an exchange, we will arrange to exchange the damaged/defective item with the same item right away!
BECAUSE OUR ITEMS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER, WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
HOW DO I NOTIFY FIRST FREEDOM ART COMPANY OF A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Email contact@firstfreedomart.com with your first/last name, order number, and a description of the damaged/defective item you want to exchange. Include in your email pictures of the damage and pictures of the packaging in which the item arrived. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days after delivery of your package. If your request for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange via email will not be accepted.
